Shortbread

What can be a better side to a nice cup of tea? A piece of shortbread of course!

Made with butter, sugar, flour and egg, then customized with either:
– lemon (freshly grated peel, zest, juice and a drop of essential oil)
– lavender (dried organic lavender blooms, and a drop of essential oil)
– Earl Gray (crushed tea powder give a delicious aroma!)
– Cranberry (chopped cranberries and orange zest)

These travel very well! We packed them in vacuum sealed bags and they can be an unexpected surprise for a student, a loved one that lives far, your grandma even!
