Honey with Hazelnuts and Carob Gourmet Spread

A simple mix between cream honey, hazelnuts and carobs (carob), without additives, preservatives or dyes. Honey from Primitiv Foods is an untreated honey. Hazelnuts have the best source of vitamin E of all nuts. Their protein content is around 15% and they are about 65% fat, most unsaturated, being rich in linoleic essential acid, just like almonds. Carob (Carob) has a taste similar to cocoa but does not contain theobromine – a substance that can cause insomnia, agitation, anxiety, especially among children. Carob powder is an important source of calcium. It has a slightly sweet taste and is rich in: Vitamins – phosphorus, sodium, potassium, iron and manganese; Minerals – A, B, E, B6; Dietary fiber.
